Medical Disclaimer
The information published on TriedRx — including peptide research profiles, dosing references, vendor rankings, laboratory testing results, calculators, and any commentary in articles, emails, social posts, or newsletters — is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. This disclaimer applies to all content on every page of this site.
1. TriedRx Is Not a Healthcare Provider
TriedRx is an independent publisher of peptide research summaries and an independent vendor-rating platform that compiles publicly available quality, transparency, and reputation data. We are not a medical practice, pharmacy, compounding facility, clinic, telehealth service, research organization authorized to prescribe or dispense controlled substances, or any other entity that practices medicine or administers medical care. We do not operate our own analytical laboratory and do not run chromatography or other assay procedures on peptide samples ourselves.
No author, editor, contributor, or reviewer of TriedRx content is representing themselves as your healthcare provider. Reading this site, subscribing to our newsletter, purchasing a membership (where available), or communicating with TriedRx in any form does not establish a patient-provider, doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, or fiduciary relationship of any kind.
2. Nothing on TriedRx Is Medical Advice
The content on TriedRx is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, medical condition, injury, or symptom. It is not intended as a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician, pharmacist, pharmacologist, endocrinologist, or other qualified healthcare professional who is familiar with your individual medical history and your personal circumstances.
If you are considering the use of any peptide, supplement, medication, compounded preparation, or other intervention that might affect your health, you must consult with a qualified, licensed healthcare professional in your jurisdiction before making any decisions. Only a healthcare professional who has evaluated you personally can assess the appropriateness, safety, and expected effect of any intervention for your specific situation.
3. Emergency Situations
TriedRx is not designed to support emergency or urgent medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency — including but not limited to severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reactions, suspected overdose, suspected stroke, severe bleeding, pregnancy complications, or thoughts of self-harm — stop reading this website and contact your local emergency services immediately. In the United States, dial 911. In the European Union, dial 112. Outside those jurisdictions, use the emergency number appropriate to your location.
Do not use TriedRx content, community forums, or any form of online research as a substitute for emergency medical care.
4. Peptides Are Research Compounds, Not Approved Medications (With Specific Exceptions)
Most peptides covered on TriedRx are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the European Medicines Agency, Health Canada, or comparable regulatory authorities for any therapeutic use in humans. Content on this site describes what has been reported in the peer-reviewed research literature and in clinical trial registries — not what is approved for you to use.
A small number of peptides discussed on this site do have regulatory approvals in specific jurisdictions for specific indications — semaglutide, tirzepatide, and liraglutide are examples. Approval status is explicitly stated within those articles. Approval for one indication does not imply approval for any other indication, dose range, or route of administration. Off-label use of approved medications carries material safety and legal risks that can only be assessed by a qualified prescribing clinician.
5. Individual Variability
Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of peptides vary substantially across individuals based on body weight, body composition, age, sex, hepatic and renal function, concurrent medications, underlying health conditions, pregnancy status, and genetic factors. A dose that appears safe and effective in a published study population may not be safe or effective for you.
Dose ranges cited on TriedRx describe what has been reported in controlled research settings or in documented self-report community data. They do not represent individualized dosing recommendations. No dose on this site should be understood as prescribed for you, endorsed for you, or guaranteed safe for you.
6. Interactions and Contraindications
Peptides may interact with prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, supplements, and other peptides in ways that are incompletely characterized in the research literature. TriedRx cannot and does not enumerate every interaction or contraindication relevant to your medical history.
The following populations are generally excluded from peptide research and should exercise particular caution: pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, individuals with a personal or family history of hormone-sensitive cancers (for growth-axis peptides), individuals with active malignancy, individuals with bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant therapy, individuals with autoimmune disease, individuals under 18, and individuals with a history of adverse drug reactions. These categories are illustrative, not exhaustive.
7. Vendor Rankings and Lab Data
TriedRx vendor rankings compile publicly available third-party lab reports (certificates of analysis, HPLC and mass spectrometry data that vendors or independent researchers have published), transparency disclosures, reputation signals, regulatory actions, and operational data. TriedRx does not run its own chromatography or analytical testing on vendor samples. Our rankings are editorial opinions based on the data we can verify.
Third-party lab reports cited in our rankings describe the specific samples those labs analyzed at specific points in time. They do not certify that any vendor's entire production run is consistent with the samples the lab analyzed. Lot-to-lot variability, storage conditions, manufacturing changes, and supply-chain disruptions can all affect product quality in ways that no single lab report captures.
A high TriedRx ranking is not a recommendation that you use peptides from that vendor or any vendor. It is a description of the aggregated data we were able to review at the time of publication. Vendors that refuse to publish third-party lab data or withhold transparency information are rated accordingly.
8. Athletics and Professional Licensing
Many peptides discussed on TriedRx are prohibited substances under the World Anti-Doping Code and analogous rules governing professional, collegiate, Olympic, and amateur athletic competition. TriedRx does not advise on eligibility for athletic competition, and the presence of a peptide in our research coverage should not be interpreted as permission to use that peptide under any sporting body's rules.
Medical professionals, pharmacists, and other licensed professionals who access TriedRx content remain bound by the standards of their licensing jurisdictions. TriedRx content does not modify those obligations.
9. Accuracy and Updates
TriedRx makes a good-faith effort to present accurate, current information drawn from the sources described in our Editorial Policy. We do not warrant or guarantee that any information is complete, current, or free from error. Scientific knowledge about peptides evolves; regulatory classifications change; lab-testing results reflect specific samples at specific times.
If you identify an inaccuracy, please use the Contact page to alert the editorial team.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TriedRx, its owners, operators, editors, contributors, reviewers, testing partners, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to personal injury, illness, lost profits, lost wages, emotional distress, or loss of data — arising from or relating to your use of this website or your reliance on any information obtained from it.
Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the content on this site is to stop using it.
